Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped via UPS within 2 days of receipt of your payment with tracking and delivery without a signature. If you prefer shipping via UPS Extra with a signature required, additional charges will apply. Please contact us before selecting this delivery method. Whichever shipping method you choose, you will receive a tracking number from us allowing you to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. Handling costs are fixed amounts, while transport costs depend on the total weight. We recommend placing all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders; therefore, shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
