What is a pre-order?
A pre-ordered item is an item that you can purchase in advance from the new collection or a limited edition. This means that the item is still in production at the time of ordering and is not immediately available in our warehouse. Once you proceed to checkout, it is important to check whether the product is on pre-order or not. Delivery times may vary for pre-orders.
What are the benefits of pre-ordering an item?
The advantage of pre-ordering an item is that you can guarantee the size or item you want without the risk of it being sold out as soon as it is available in our warehouse. Requests for certain items can be frequent. Therefore, their availability may run out even before they are physically available in stock.
When does a delay occur and why?
The items in our collection are exclusive. Therefore, the production process requires various production and processing steps. The production sequence is linear, although errors can occur.
In the unlikely event that a delay occurs, our Customer Care will contact you as soon as possible.
Can I combine items from stock and pre-orders?
Absolutely yes! That is possible:
- Create two separate orders: one including items in stock and the other including items on pre-order. The order with the available items will be shipped in accordance with our shipping time policy.
- Place a combined order and wait until the pre-ordered items arrive. In that case, the entire order will be held and shipped as a whole.

Can I cancel a pre-ordered item?
You can cancel the order at any time during the pre-order period.
Can I change my order?
Yes, it is possible to change the sizes of the items in the order, provided the sizes are available and, of course, before you receive the confirmation email. From this moment on, it is no longer possible to make changes. In any case, changes are not guaranteed and it will not be possible to change the items in the order.
