Finishing options

Our Raw Brass finish consists of solid, unfinished brass that is cleaned by hand before leaving our workshop. The brass will age and patina over time, giving the finish a soft, natural look.
Wear gloves when installing all fixtures. Touching raw brass with bare hands can tarnish the brass.
Sealed brass - Solid brass that is lightly sealed with an anti-tarnish additive to prevent the brass from aging or developing a patina.
Black - Durable satin powder coating.
Polished nickel - Mirror-like, metallic finish with a warm appearance.

Cancel Policy

Orders that have not been shipped are subject to a no-questions-asked cancellation within two days. If your order has already been shipped. Orders cannot be canceled. We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package and make sure whether the items are the ones you have specified. If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original package. After the customer has paid the fast shipping fee (including fast shipping methods such as Fastest Shipping (DHL or DPD), FedEx, etc.), the shipping fee is not refundable if the goods have already been shipped.

Shipping Policy

Orders have to be processed before it is shipped. The time you wait before receiving the package is made up of Processing Time and Shipping Time.
Processing Time is calculated from the time you paid and the order is verified (a verification Email will be sent after payment).
You may change your mind after placing the order, including but not limited to switching to another color, size, style, or a different product, or changes in address. If that happens, Processing Time is calculated from the time when the order detail(s) is eventually confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent informing the updated Estimated Delivery Time.
For holidays, processing time may take longer than it usually is. We will notify you in advance.
