Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, our logistics facility in China is closed during the pre-sale period. Orders are eligible for a discount of up to 13%. However, your order will be processed from the end of the pre-sale period and shipped starting March 16 .

What is a pre-order?

Pre-ordering is your chance to purchase selected products while our factory is on vacation. This means that the item is still in production at the time of ordering and is not immediately available in our warehouse. After checkout, it is important to verify that the product has been pre-ordered. Delivery times for pre-orders may vary.

What are the benefits of buying a pre-order item?

The advantage of purchasing an item on pre-order is that you can guarantee the desired size or item without the risk of it running out as soon as it becomes available in our warehouse. Requests for specific items can be numerous. For this reason, their availability may run out even before they are physically in stock.

When does a delay occur and why?

The products in our collection are exclusive. For this reason, the production process requires various production and processing steps. The production sequence is linear, although errors may occur.

In the unlikely event of a delay, our customer service will contact you as soon as possible.

Can I combine stock and pre-order items?

Absolutely yes! You can:

- Create two separate orders: one containing items that are in stock and the other containing items on pre-order. The copy including available items will be shipped in accordance with our shipping time policy.

- Place a combined order and wait for the pre-order items to arrive. In this case, the entire order will be held and shipped in full.

Can I cancel a pre-order item?

You can cancel your order. Please refer to the Returns and Refunds Policy for more information about the policy for cancelling your order.

Can I change my order?

Yes! You can change your order details (such as colors, dimensions, shipping address, phone number) within 24 hours. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.

When will I receive my pre-order?
