Halo pendant lamp
Halo pendant lamp was designed by Matthew McCormick. They are mainly made of aluminum, acrylic and wood. The rounded exterior resembles a halo when lit, soft and attractive. The light can be adjusted in two brightness levels: warm white and cool white. The Halo pendant lamp can be arranged in different ways to fill a room with a pleasant warm light. It is perfect for use above a dining table or pantry, fits in a variety of interiors and is suitable for both commercial and residential use. Thanks to the modular system, Halo pendants can be hung in a multitude of compositions - similar to refined, hanging works of art. It is an artfully designed light and the lighting modes are all done by hand.- Please note that your payment does not include customs duties, local taxes or other import charges. Cancel Policy
- Orders that have not been shipped are subject to a no-questions-asked cancellation within two days. If your order has already been shipped. Orders cannot be canceled. For the forcible cancellation of the order, you need to pay a shipping fee. All of our products can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee any request to cancel or modify an order once production has already begun. There are no order cancellations accepted once production has begun on any custom or specialty products (items that are not a stock size).
- We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package and make sure whether the items are the ones you have specified. If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original package. After the customer has paid the fast shipping fee (including fast shipping methods such as EMS in Hong Kong, Fastest Shipping (DHL or DPD), FedEx, etc.), the shipping fee is not refundable if the goods have already been shipped.

Shipping Policy
- Orders have to be processed before it is shipped. The time you wait before receiving the package is made up of Processing Time and Shipping Time.
- Processing Time (Only the order preparation. Not including the shipping time and delivery time): 7-14 working days. Shipping time: 2-5 Weeks (working days).
Please note:
- Processing Time is calculated from the time you paid and the order is verified (a verification Email will be sent after payment).
- You may change your mind after placing the order, including but not limited to switching to another color, size, style, or a different product, or changes in address. If that happens, Processing Time is calculated from the time when the order detail(s) is eventually confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent informing the updated Estimated Delivery Time.
- For holidays, processing time may take longer than it usually is. We will notify you in advance.
